HIPAC Limited produces an extensive range of high quality processed meat, seafood and vegetable foods in the fresh, frozen and canned categories. All of our products are conveniently and attractively packaged in assorted sizes to suit every taste and budget under our portfolio of brands comprising Farmer’s Choice, Fisherman’s Choice, Gold Crest, Family Choice and VANA.

Rising from humble beginnings in 1979 as a small meat cutting and packing plant with a staff of two producing only hamburger patties, HIPAC Limited has grown over the years flourishing into the solid and progressive company that it is today, employing 185 staff and making over 200 products for retail and food service customers. The company also contract packs for third-party distribution and retail operators and toward this end is open to considering agreements with prospective customers throughout the Caribbean. Some of the brands currently produced on contract for external parties include EVE, Home and Staff.

HIPAC Limited is fully HACCP certified by NSF International, The Public Health and Safety Company™, and maintains a fully staffed in-house Quality Control department. Moreover, independent public health inspectors assigned by the Government of Barbados continually monitor all processing and sanitation operations at the manufacturing facility located at Fontabelle, St. Michael, Barbados.
