| Mr. Ralph Holder, FCCA

An accountant by profession, Ralph moved from auditing to supermarket operation to food manufacturing first in finance then general management. An avid sportsman, Ralph has won CAC bronze medals as player and assitant coach in field hockey.

| Mr. A. M. Leslie Proverbs
Leslie is one of the two original founding members of HIPAC Limited. Currently, his chief focus and responsibilities are for the Processing Operations, Procurement, Quality Control and R&D. Trained by experienced North American meat processors, completing formal courses in food safety and processing and being involved in food and agriculture businesses for over three decades, Leslie has a wealth of experience in manufacturing and product development. He's a self-confessed "foodie" who constantly has fine food and beverage on his mind!

| Mr. Lanello Green, B.Sc. (Hons), MBA, CIA, FCCA, CA
A first class honours graduate in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Lanello holds a MBA in Marketing from Herriot-Watt University in the UK. He has successfully obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Having joined the senior management team at HIPAC Limited in 2006, Lanello has accummulated a wealth of knowldge and experience in manufacturing, performance analysis, consumer pricing and marketing.
In his spare time, Lanello enjoys tutoring, volunteering and problem-solving. He is a member of the Bridgetown arm of the Toastmasters Club.

| Mrs. Suzette Husbands, B.Sc. (Hons), M.Re., M.Sc., FCIPD
Holding the capacity at HIPAC Limited since April 2008, Suzette holds the Fellow Chartered Institute Personnel Development (FCIPD) designation. With over 12 years experience in the field of human resourcing, Suzette holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sociology and Political Science, M.Re. Religious Education from the Covington School of Theology and M.Sc. Human Resources from the University of Surrey.

| Ms. Shari Worrell, B.Sc. (Hons.)
Shari, the newest addition to the HIPAC Limited team, joined the company in 2010. Shari has worked in a number of industries with experience in B2B and B2C marketing, sales, distribution, and brand development within Barbados and the wider Caribbean. Her experience in marketing throughout the region spanned some 26 countries including, but not limited to, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Belize, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, the Netherland Antilles, Trinidad, Jamaica, Guyana and Suriname.
A first class honours graduate from the University of the West Indies, Shari is a now member of the International Management Academy (IMA), the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the UK's Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and is currently pursuing her postgraduate degree in business administration with the University of Wales, UK, by distance.
A travel enthusiast who enjoys photography and the performing arts, Shari is extremely positive and optimistic and looks forward to working with you, our customers-to-be!

| Mr. Tony Gill
New to the food industry, Tony welcomes the opportunity to work in such a dynamic environment. He, however, is not new to industries requiring a creative, multi-disciplinary approach to addressing issues and providing support to the key players. No time for the Food Network but Tony rates the episode of Tool Time where Tim, the "Tool Man", Taylor puts a bigger motor on a food processer as "classic."

| Mr. Graham Perkins, B.Sc. (Hons.)
Having joined HIPAC Limited in 2004 after working for the Barbados Bottling Company (BBC) Ltd., D. M. Simpson & Co. Ltd. and family business, Auto Depot, Graham developed a strong mix of engineering and manufacturing experience. Graham holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Tech University. His major responsibilities encompass all operational activities at HIPAC Limited.

| Mr. Edward Massiah
Trained in the United Kingdom with a background in Microbiology and Food Science with 20 years hands-on technical experience at HIPAC Limited and associated industries. Edward manages the team responsible for day-to-day quality assurance, santitation in the plant, and for product development and testing. Edward says, "I get paid to taste the ham every day! Someone has to do it."

| Mr. Winsley Griffith
Winsley joined the family at HIPAC Limited after being transferred from Hanschell Inniss Limited in 1982. He joined the company as a Senior Production Worker and worked his way up to a Production Supervisor and now holds the post of Production Manager. Winsley is responsible for the production and staffing of the plant through his supervisory team of seven persons. He worked in the construction industry as a plumber for about seven years before getting into the manufacturing sector.
He received his supervisory and management training at Barbados Institute of Management and Producitivity. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company having done training both locally and overseas.
